恭喜罗格斯三校同时的录取及$15000奖学金

Hi XX,

Congratulations on your admission to the School of Engineering! This is truly an exciting time in your life and an even more exciting time to be an engineering student here at Rutgers. I’m Tyler, a current senior majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in business administration. Here’s a little insight into my incredible Rutgers experience.

First and foremost, the academic opportunities at Rutgers are unparalleled. I have learned so much from my professors both in and out of the classroom. As an engineering senior, I’m required to conduct a senior capstone project with a group of students and a professor. Our team designed two concurrent medical devices that monitor the symptoms and biological signals associated with dizziness and vertigo.

I've been able to utilize everything I've learned in the classroom and actually design a product that I'll soon test on patients in a hospital.

Student life is a quintessential part of the Rutgers experience. I've met students from around the country but made some of my closest friends here. As a sophomore, I had the opportunity to expand my horizons by studying abroad for six weeks in Rome, but the highlight of my time here has been my involvement on campus. I've led a Greek organization and the Out-of-State Student Organization, and supported Rutgers University Dance Marathon (which raises $1 million annually for children with cancer) all at the same time.

Rutgers ultimately gives its students the opportunities and resources to excel academically, professionally, and personally. This is easily recognizable from the very first minute you step foot on campus. It is easy to sense the Rutgers drive that every student has, which was ultimately the reason why I chose to come to Rutgers. I hope my experience sheds light on the drive that is shared by all Scarlet Knights.

I made Rutgers my home away from home and I hope you will too.

Best wishes,
